Terms for using YTD.APP

Use YTD.APP only for content you own, have permission to download, or may otherwise lawfully save. You are responsible for complying with applicable law, copyright rules, and the source platform's terms.

The service is designed for supported public links. You may not use it to bypass paywalls, passwords, digital rights controls, private access, geographic restrictions, or other technical protections.

Platforms and providers change. A requested resolution, codec, audio track, or file may not be available for every source. We may change or suspend a feature to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to upstream changes.

YTD.APP is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or any supported social platform.

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Paid download access and credits follow the limits shown on the pricing and checkout pages. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchase terms displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer rights also apply.

Do not abuse quotas, automate excessive requests, interfere with security, resell access without permission, distribute malware, or use the service to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict abusive traffic or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary.

Rights holders can send a sufficiently detailed notice through our copyright process. We may disable access to material or accounts when appropriate.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, YTD.APP disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
